Mr Scott was an absolute professional in regards to helping me with a traffic ticket. Getting ahold of the firm was easy and direct. But more than that, Mr Scott was personable and genuine. I've never known a lawyer to be anything but strictly business, but one thing I value above all else is when someone shows how they actually care, and this is exactly how I was treated with Markowitz law.
