After missing my rescheduled court date, Law firm was able to Lift my Traffic Warrant, Set a new court date and Get the alleged Traffic Ticket dismissed. The Markowitz Law Firm was very professional and produced a great outcome. I am 100 % satisfied and would use them in the future should the need arise.

I can not confirm or deny this law firm is good bc NO ONE from this law firm showed to my court hearing today. I was there for a speeding ticket that I was contesting bc I was not speeding and the motorcycle police officer was having a hay day just pulling people over and giving tickets, it was like a conga line of cars one after another. This is my first time having a ticket and first time hiring a lawyer. I had all the proof I needed for dismissal with pictures and writing everything down on the back of my ticket before I left the scene, but wanted a lawyer in case (bc u know how the justice system is to Normal people without a lawyer.) So I arrived at the court which there were hundreds of people for the same time with all different lawyers when mine didn't come up or call my name I assumed they were in the court room. About 1.5 hours later a lady comes out and calls my name (which she stated all the law firms she was representing in the beginning before court started and Markowitz was not mentioned nor my name called to say present). She stated my police officer had shown up and asked me to tell her a little about my case that might help her which I did and she's like "oh wow, ok u are not guilty" she said shed call the officer and tell him if he doesn't dismiss we go to court which telling him about all of my proof, he dismissed it. I feel like it was dismissed bc of me, but the lady who was representing like 5 or 6 law firms was wonderful, couldn't believe she took on the amount she did and was happy to have her help. I am very disappointed with Markowitz law firm as I didn't even recieve a phone call that they wouldnt be there or even with what to expect since I'd never been through this. I paid them up front and I feel like they did nothing except send me the paper for the court date which is what the court did anyway, the lady needs to be paid my money. If I need a lawyer again ( which I hope I dont) I will not be employing Markowitz. Very disappointed 😞, but at least I got my ticket dismissed. Replying to law firm.. I recieved one notice 2 days before the court day by text from u all that was it ( my ticket was from aug of 2023 and that is when i called, you would think u would have reach out to me before the text 2 days before april 2nd 2024) other then the letter that I already recieved from the court, noone called me and there were not multiple notices just 2. The lady who represented me was representing like 6 other law firms. I was saying Noone from YOUR office showed up which is the truth. I feel like this was a last minute on your part as in the beginning of court she did not say she was representing u or your law firm when she called them out and did NOT call my name. It was 1.5 hours later when she came out of court room and called my name. Regardless there should have been a phone call to tell me you all would not be able to make it and someone u hired who I believe is freelance since she is working to represent multiple companies at once would be taking care of me ( by the way happy to have been helped by her). Also I offered all my pictures and evidence which u all did not take only a statement from me which was taken over the phone. You all did fall short in my book but did not give a 1 star bc I can't confirm if u are good or not since I didn't work with u all I can only tell the truth of my experience and what happened to me.
