I was pulled over on Dec. 2nd in Clear Lake and didn’t realize that the ticket was actually three citations on one piece of paper. That tells you how long it’s been since I’ve been pulled over! I immediately began looking for an attorney and Scott Markowitz’s firm popped up. After reading the reviews I decided to give him a call. I spoke directly with Scott and explained everything to him. He assured me that everything would be okay and to not worry as his firm would take care of things. He said that he would reset the court date and be in touch as the date got near. I was worried sick and thought about the incident every single day. Scott’s team was absolutely great. They stayed in touch via text and email and made certain to contact me via phone a couple of days before the scheduled court date. On that fateful day I was quite nervous going into court not knowing what really to expect. I had made up more in my mind than what actually occurred. The time stated for court was 2:00. About 2:10, a young lady walked into court and called my name. She introduced herself and told me she was with the Markowitz law firm and that she had already worked out a deal with the court. She explained it to me and asked if I would like to proceed. Basically, two of the citations were dropped and I was to pay a small fee to the court for deferred adjudication (don’t get a ticket for three months and it drops off the record). I was ecstatic! YES, please proceed! It was a huge relief to have this off my mind, and driving record! I can say without hesitation that Scott Markowitz and his team will be the law firm that I will use and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who has a moving violation to contend with. They are prompt, exact, and extremely helpful and friendly. Many, many thanks to Scott and his team!

WOW! First off I haven’t been to court for traffic ticket for 20 years so I was lost on what to do! When I called and told them my case they knew exactly what to do. They are firm in their process and have plan B and C already planned out for your best outcome. It doesn’t always work out the best way but in my case it did. I kept my perfect record and our witnesses didn’t even want to show up because they knew they were lying and wrong! Most lawyers are blunt and up front bc they deal with a lot of clients. But don’t let that fool you they have you in their corner. I’m not going to text or email you this Scott, but I thank you and the rest of the team for answering all my little questions! I will refer these guys to all I come across! God speed.

Scott helped me with a speeding ticket. He was extremely efficient, professional, and ultimately got me out of the ticket with deferred disposition and a lesser fee with an extension on when I had to pay. A+!!!
