Attorney Kelly Forester is a GREAT attorney! He represented my assistant Katina in a case & was very attentive & hardworking for her during the entire process. It wasent just about the $ with him. Attorney Kelley Forester would call and check to see how she was doing overall. I will most definitely hire tgis attorney if I ever need one.

Sorry for the joke name Melody, didn’t want my real name stamped on YouTube. But guys and gals Melody is awesome, from start to finish on my wife’s immigration from the Philippines. She was there every step of the way. Even staying up late nights to accommodate my wife’s time. Even after my wife and sons arrival, she has stayed in contact with us for the other processes and even offered help with paper work to bring in laws over. I have other friends who are in the process of using her as well. They have been pleased with her as well so far. You can’t go wrong with Melody. Give her a chance and you won’t regret it.

Just as helpful as can be from start to finish, i've used her multiple times over the last six years, and unlike other attorneys it was not just general information. Melody was a god send when I was looking to obtain my residency here in the US after being on a student visa for a number of years. The ins and outs of the USCIS forms and interviews were daunting and at times very nerve wracking. Melody went above and beyond to help us prepare and ensure we were doing everything properly. She was very accomodating when it came to scheduling time to answer our questions and conducting mock interviews. Melody has continued to be a vital resource, ensuring I received communications from USCIS over multiple moves, communicating with USCIS on my behalf if necessary, and sending me helpful reminders of important dates with regards to my residency. The processes by which I finally found myself happily married and settled in the US could not have been navigated without Melody’s calm demeanor and the kind, compassionate way she treats her clients. She retains the utmost amount of professionalism, and there was never any moment where I doubted she was capable and well versed in immigration law. She proved herself trustworthy and capable time and time again. I have witnessed firsthand that Melody’s expertise in her field is second to none.

I had occasion to seek legal advice on an issue for which I preferred a female point of view. I contacted Ms. Clark. She was insightful, empathetic and quite knowledgeable. As it turned out, she was also correct about my issue.

My husband & I are ecstatic to have him adopt my 2 boys. At first we were going to try to handle all the paperwork ourselves, but I have a legal plan through my work that I pay for monthly, so we decided to let a professional handle it...save us the headache. Ms. Clark initially called me directly to express she was super excited & more willing to handle "a happy case." Well, that was short-lived. As soon as she found out the child support order was through Harris county, she seemed deterred saying those courts are just a pain to work with. Week after week her assistant would call or she would send me an email requesting I call the courts/attorney general's office to get paperwork from 10 years ago, & when I provided paperwork, it would be another week or 2 later she would say what I provided wasn't correct & that I need to contact them again. When I asked, multiple times, if she could call & get all the correct info she needed, her assistant would tell me, "Well, usually when it's through a legal plan service the client provides all the paperwork." Long story short, it's been over 8 weeks, & we are Still at square one. Very unprofessional, lazy, verbally short & rude when I asked for clarity on legal jargon she would use. If I could grade half a star, I would.

These lawyers never anwser your call Your going to get to know the front desk clerk more then than the lawyer. I always left them messages with these guys but no call back. They didn't help me with my case at all. I got another lawyer and i ask them to transfer the paper work and they couldn't even do that.
