BE WEARY OF HIS CONSULTATIONS! ITS A MONEY MAKING TACTIC I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Ryan and Zapalac Law Firm were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took care of everything promptly and with the utmost professionalism to ensure our lease termination was as stress-free as possible. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend Zapalc Law Firm.

Ryan was the so helpful in getting us out of a terrible situation with our homeowner. We discovered raccoons were in our rent house before we signed the lease, and they had done severe damage in the walls and attic, and severely compromised the ac system. Our homeowner refused to send out professionals to remove them and clean and make repairs. Ryan was immediate with his communications and actions, and it was barely a week before our situation was resolved to our satisfaction. His actions towards our homeowner were exactly what we needed. We hope we never need his services again. But he will be the first one we call if we, or anyone we know, needs legal assistance in his area of expertise. We are so grateful to him.

On our very first phone call, he took time to sit and listen to me about my case then we started having conversation back and forth to see what the best route would be to go about my case specifically, and I now feel 100% great that I chose the best route with my major assault case....Always easy to get a hold of him, there ain't no "leaving voicemails and waiting day's back for them to respond back", he's there when you need him...
