I reached out to Kent to help me settle a dispute with my former landlord regarding my deposit. Kent was extremely knowledgeable and professional when communicating with me about the case, but above all he was extremely effective in conveying the consequences to my former landlord of what was at risk to them should they not reverse course in their decision to keep my deposited funds with false claims. I was blackmailed into believing someone wasn't who they said they were after meeting on an online dating site. I unfortunately didn't contact Mr. Ninomiya in time before I sent money to the people blackmailing me. Mr. Ninomiya did ease my mind on the situation and gave valuable information on the issue.
