No better than a used car salesman. I talked to one of their associates about doing my father's estate. It's a lot of money, and I was expecting it to be. After a 45 min conversation with Rob we agreed that we could do 4000 upfront and let the other 2000 go to the estate. I have a realtor lined up and ready to sell house as soon as I had the executorship. So of course I was ready to go. However, when it came down to signing the documents I was told that I misunderstood and that the arrangement wasn't an option anymore. That wasn't a misunderstanding, it was a classic bait and switch shady car dealerships use that waisted a week of my time.

Charged $350 under the guise of a consultation fee with verbal agreements to assist in drafting a document. Brief consultation with further promises to assist and look into the matter only to ghost client for almost a week to respond via email with a single sentence essentially denying to help any further. Attempts to contact them via phone or email where all ignored and refusal to provide any itemization or proof of work done. Other lawyers apparently do free consultations or would provide a phone-call to discuss the matter and guide you in the way that would best suited to your situation. Don't waste your money on these thiefs and liars.

Shayna Sanborn is surely one of Texas's finest legal professionals. But, it's more than her great personality, congeniality, talent and competence. It's her mindset - she is a problem solver. They charge a lot compared to other firms for consultation. My husband and I were not impressed especially since the gentleman came in spoke to us and didnt even bother to bring a notebook. He asked for 5k and a week later we hired an attorney for $1200.

The attorneys at Hammerle Finley are exactly what you need during a difficult time. They are compassionate, sincerely caring and invested in your case. They are also tough as nails when it comes to negotiation and litigation, always over prepared and have good relationships with the judges. Couldn't ask for more!

Professional and friendly

I highly recommend this firm. I have been an employee for 7 years. I know, that looking for the right law firm can be overwhelming....however, the attorneys at Hammerle Finley Law Firm are knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond.

May be a little pricier, but very confident and oozing with experience.
