Great lawyers. Someone was always available to answer my questions and they were able to help me get custody of my sons. A very difficult task for a father in Texas.

I'm sort of confused on how to interpret this review. I was highly pleased with the initial meeting I had and the passion/expertise regarding my case. However, I'm conflicted and feel scammed because I have made several phone calls and messages regarding my inability to view the documents and invoices that are uploaded to my case. However, I had no problem with someone contacting me initially to make sure I can sign the docs and submit my payment online, but after the payment was received no communication efforts were made regarding the messages and calls I made regarding my inability to access mycase (the online portal to view docs and invoices). It's been several weeks, keep in mind this started in December so I am considerate of the holiday season causing some delays. But there is no excuse for it to be January 10th and I have yet to have any efforts made to send me my docs or assist me with setting up a new account with a different email in order to access the online portal to see what's going on. One time I was able to speak with Casey I believe and she claimed she would send me the documents that I have via email since I couldn't use the online portal. However it never happened and I am still trying to see how was my case handled, what are the charges that are/may be deducted from my deposit. I shouldn't be left in the dark for so long. I'm truly disappointed and feel concerned about what's happening behind the scenes and what is/was the intent. I find it quite suspicious that someone initialized communication to make sure I can sign and submit payment but once the deposit was received; I have no response or call backs with my concerns about not being able to access my docs and invoices via the portal. I hope this is only an issue for me and no one else. I really thought I found a law office that I could trust and work with in the future. I don't know what to think at this point.
