Great firm to work with. Very flexible and responsive. I highly recommend based on my experiences.

I was involved in vehicle accident with injury's to my cervical and lumbar spine. I hired rick McGuire to handle my case , from the start I had wonderful care and great communication with his staff, They really care about their clients. when time came for my settlement I was more than please. I would like to thank Mr. McGuire for all his hard work. I would definitely recommend Mr. McGuire to my family and fiends!! THANKS SO MUCH !!

I would highly recommend this law office. I finally found people who care about their clients, (not an easy task these days). Someone has promptly returned my calls to answers any questions I have had. The staff is always courteous and respectful. I will definitely use this firm again should the occasion arise.

This personal injury firm is hands down the best! I was in a car accident and contacted this firm, I was injured in the accident and in a lot of pain. They set me up immediately with medical treatment. I do not know what I would have done without their help. The staff was very helpful and kept in contact with me. They settled my case and all my medical bills were paid.

I worked for this firm for several years until I moved. They worked a case for a family member. Here is what I liked about this law firm. First more than one attorney is involved in the cases. During the lunch hour the firm paid for our lunch so we spent time meeting on cases. They wanted there clients to have good medical treatment so they worked with qualified specialist to get the right test and treatment. There is no voice mail. Rather than settling a case without pushing the insurance companies they would file lawsuits where most law firms don't. This is important as the insurance companies know who will stand up to them and who want. This happened in my family members case. When the litigation department in the firm filed a lawsuit after a low offer the case then settled for policy limits. They had a saying that if you followed there instructions you would win. If you didn't you would have a problem case. I enjoyed the work and learned a lot about injury law.

UPDATE: I was threaten by Rick to delete my review or I won’t receive my $400ish check. Worst experience ever but I guess this was a lesson learned. Btw I eventually received the check. Still waiting for my check which, isn’t equivalent to the amount I was lead to believe I would get. I will however, update my rating once that come in.. what I can say is the people in the office seemed to be very helpful over the phone. As, the months have past I’m starting to think I have been scammed and might need a lawyer to get my money from Rick. Personally, I would not refer rick McGuire to anyone but as I stated above “once my check come in” if that ever happens I WILL update.

The McGuire law firm is a great combination of professional and caring. They promptly got me the medical help I needed. And when it was time to settle the case they worked to reduce the medical bills to increase the settlement. Very satisfied and would certainly recommend.

The person that answers the phone here is the perfect definition of unprofessional. Guess the saying is true you get what you pay for! 👎

THE WORSE, UNETHICAL, THIEF, DISHONEST, LIER....ETC YOU WANT TO FINISH WITH YOUR CASE, BUT YOU HAVE TO START ANOTHER ONE AFTER HE TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY, CHECK BEFORE THE LAW BAR ASSOCIATION. HERE FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION... HE SHOULD LOOSE HIS LICENSE.

This man is a LIAR AND A THIEF. He kept my entire settlement, did NOT give me a single dime of the $10,000 I was supposed to get, which was my part AFTER medical bills & his 35%, he kept it all of it. Do NOT trust this SCAM ARTIST!!!
