I don’t usually make reviews but I had to for this. I am truly so glad I called this firm after my accident. I remember hearing the commercial on the radio and now after going through everything with Monsour Law Firm, I am so glad their phone number was stuck in my head. The staff is beyond helpful and patient. Towards the end I was mainly dealing with Christina and she was an absolute gem. She listened to my concerns, had solutions ready and made the entire process a breeze. I hope I never have to need them but I know who to call if anything happens.

Very bad attitude. Went in for advice and was disrespected the whole time I was there. He kept telling me and my wife to be quite, asked us questions then when we go to answer he'd tell us to be quiet. Didn't wanna hear nothing we had to say.

I was involved in an auto accident that I was not at fault for involving a FedEx truck that pulled in the "passing lane" in front of me while I was attempting to pass. unfortunately proving this is very difficult as I did not have a dash camera in my vehicle, along with other factors. I met with this firm the same day of the accident, they not only looked at my case very closely, but also provided me with some other services at their own expense. Regrettably, they were not able to take the case on further due to the burden of proof factor, which I certainly do not fault them for. If I could give you any advice, it would definitely be to contact this firm, but most importantly, invest in a dash cam, as that can literally make or break your case when law enforcement presents the "facts" without even really (or in my case, literally) asking for your version of the events.

Went above and beyond expectations to get the job done. Christina was very descriptive and informative throughout my process. She called me back in a timely maner and very professional. They took care of me every step of the way! Will recommend this attorneys office to anyone.
