Terrible. One of the worst. I had a legit case concerning a toxic work environment at a BIG corporation. Why do you think they wear Respiratory protection and personal protective equipment (PPE) when cleaning this stuff up? Being exposed to it is clearly considered poison and a health hazard and THAT FACT is WELL documented. The employer knew better and then persecuted me when I said something about it. This firm made me wait, to even hear back from them, OVER 1 month after I signed with them. They said they can't handle arbitration cases that are hard to prove. It's not hard to prove when the entire workplace is toxic. However, they were only concerned about WHO I spoke to about this matter. After I told them, they dropped me. I'm now seeking medical care as there are emerging health issues. Oh, health issues from poison? what a shock! Seeking help after exposure is advised by all the authorities in this matter. Even the US government health organizations have clear guidelines. Sloan firm, is pretty dumb and I get the feeling that they work for the other side. What do they care who I spoke to? It shouldn't even matter if they are already dropping representation in my case after a painful wait. I'm totally dead, physically sick. Even green and yellow liquid oozing out of my eyes. Who will pay for the medical bills and my time out of work after being fired by these sick corporate users? They make you sign your rights away, but that doesn't make it right, and that definitely doesn't make them immune to due consequences.

If you need a lawyer I highly recommend Sloan Law Firm and Carson Runge. After being involved in a wreck with an 18-wheeler I had so many medical bills and needed a new car. Carson was able to get me what I needed to move on from the wreck financially! He was also available to me any time I needed him which was great since I was going through this process for the first time!
