Kelly Heitkamp did everything to take care of my divorce. She went above and beyond has expected in my case. I highly recommend.

First of all, I’ll be up front. Ms. Heitkamp did not represent me and I’m sure she will reply first by backing that up. I’m sure the business benefited from the finances I had to dish out tho. I rated her service as 1 star but let me tell you, I would have given 5 Stars if the following were rated. *5 stars on running up a bill *5 stars on dragging the case out which in turn, runs up a bill *5 stars on many occasions requesting info that I have submitted multiple times ( I felt many times as if I should getting payed as a paralegal. I guess they want everything layed out on a silver platter where they do not have to do as much research. And by the way, all the info I submitted WAS layed out very well. Items explained in detail, highlighted, etc. and they still get information messed up. Ohh and that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow that was said I had hidden, please let me know where it’s at because I would like to know too.

I consulted with Ms. Heitkamp today about a situation. If you do not want to hear or are afraid of the truth, you should find another lawyer. If you want someone who will go to war with you and tell you the truth regardless of your feelings, you have found the right person. Ms. Heitkamp seemed exceptionally knowledgable, strategically sound, and is very in control.

Kelly is absolutely fantastic! Her assistant and receptionist are on top of their game too! I would recommend this group of ladies to anyone ! If you want to go prepared this should be your go to!!

Ms Kelly has proven how a lawyer should conduct herself. I don’t have problems getting answers. We feel like the counselor is doing her job. Ms Kelly has a really good friendship with the judge and knows what she’s doing. I always feel safe with her.

Kelly was almost more aggressive than I was ready for but with a difficult case like ours, that was exactly what was needed. She'd be ringing the phone at 7am with a list of things that needed to be done to build the necessary artillery for the battle. She's in it to win and I suggest you be too if you hire her.

It does take patience but the result makes it all worth it. God is divine and I saw Him work through her.
