Been dealing with a case since 2015 with Marty and still have not settled yet. Did not hear from Marty in 7 years after 2015 until January of last year & it’s now going on 2 years since he reached out to me and still no settlement. When the firm moved from Gilmer to Longview, I was told my case got lost. Not once have I felt important or cared about. My case showed I did not matter, it was not big enough for Marty, nor did my injuries matter and everything I went through didn’t matter & what I am still going through from the life long injuries. I just came to Marty for a 2nd case that just happened, he brushed me off, kept being interrupted and not once asked to see any pictures of my accident. Communication horrible, lack of attention, & lack of dedication.

This is the 1st year I can actually talk about my sons case. It was a long dreary road.(5 ½yrs.) I can't thank this law firm enough. It's not about the money. It was about all the answers my attorney and his team was able to give me. Although, the criminal side of things were out of their hands. They got answers the police and investigator didn't bother to find out. It wasn't just an accident. It was way more than anybody could imagine. Being a Gilmer Texas native. I was an outstanding football 🏈 and Track star. Most know me as J.J. Ford. When I had my wreck back in 2021 I didn't know who to turn to.
