I highly recommend this firm! We had a flat fee consultation with Mr. Parker regarding my mother’s finances and care. He was patient and asked us a lot of questions to make sure he fully understood our family’s situation and all of our assets and resources. He plainly laid out what all of our options were and any issues we needed to consider before making decisions and signing paperwork. He also spoke with our financial advisor to make sure goals were aligned on all sides. Our documents were also created for a flat fee we knew about ahead of time and were notarized on-site. When we left the office, we were provided with both a printed notebook of the documents and a flash drive with soft copies to save and distribute as needed. Throughout the entire process, I never felt like an invoice number or just billable hours! I found every single interaction I had with this office to be caring, efficient, thorough, and respectful.

My first time attempting to deal with an attorney. Was expected to pay before arrival. I don't do that with any other professional service, won't do it with them. Thank you for your response. I never expected or asked for a free consultation. I knew there would be a $250 consultation fee, I just did not know that it would be required to be paid in order to book an appointment.
