My vehicle was hit by a drunk driver. They didn't have insurance. I put a claim on my vehicle through my insurance company. The insurance company had me running all over the place. They wanted the police report, witnesses, anything THEY were supposed to do. They had me doing. Until I called Mrs. Kroon. She informed me not to speak with the insurance company, and have all the calls forwarded to her office. Within a week I had a check from the insurance company. Mrs. Kroon knew my situation and didn't hesitate to help me. I had tried for 2 months and it took Mrs. Kroon less than a week. She was incredible. I HIGHLY recommend her.
