I spoke with Joe Drennan yesterday about oil wells/leases and was very pleased with the information that Joe shared. He went into detail of the risks involved and the potential booms and busts that can and has happened with oil projects. All in all, it was a great experience and I would certainly hire Joe if I will be doing oil projects in Texas.

We were getting ready to sell one of our gas leases to another company and we were in a crunch for time. We hired J. Charles Drennan to put the paperwork together and to prepare the Assignment and Bill of Sale for us. Joseph put everything together in a timely manner and was very meticulous and thorough with his work. After talking with some people, I had heard good things about Mr. Joseph Drennan. I used Joseph to write both of my company agreements with the LLC's and was very please with his knowledge of business law, taxes and unforeseen issues that I thought I had covered after months of planning.
