Other than nearly a 2 year wait the 'approval' for the green card was very welcomed! The COVID pandemic proved a delay for processding but Alex kept us fully in the loop. Many thanks indeed to Alex and his team in Lubbock, TX.

My Husband has been in jail for 3 months he's never in the office. It's no way for my husband to get a hold of him and his Assistant is very rude and give attitude everytime myself husband or mother in law calls just very unprofessional need to do better at their jobs. I don't recommend anyone to go through them. I also will be contacting Gilbert Flores to make a complaint!!
