Mr. Solorzano made time for me quickly due to an upcoming deadline I was facing. When I met with him, he was very patient in explaining everything to me and did not appear rushed or annoyed even though he had to squeeze me in. I have little knowledge when it comes to legal issues and really appreciated his patience. He was very helpful to me.

I would rate a zero, but that’s not possible. Both Isaiah, and his paralegal Rhonda lied to us. They did NOTHING that they said they would do. They did not help. It was as pulling teeth to get ahold of either of them. We had them as our lawyer for 4 months and only spoke with Isaiah 3 times. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Buyer beware.

Mr. Solorzano was able to provide prompt and professional information when I contacted his office with probate related questions. His knowledge and professionalism saved my fiance and her family a lot of time and money with regards to their deceased mothers estate. I would highly recommend this law firm.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been waiting for a callback now for a month, A MONTH. When I speak to someone they say well I got busy call me back this tomorrow this time. I call back of course no answer or can I take a message. Extremely unprofessional. I guess if they don’t want to help to you they just ignore you until you give up. I would never recommend this firm. Very disappointed !

Totally messed up our federal taxes, caused us an audit & thousands of dollars... then "forgot" to file the state taxes, leading to more fines, penalties & issues... then completely went incommunicado on us... unable to reach anyone...no word for weeks still. Hits ignore on phone when we call & office says "he's not here don't know where he is or when he'll be back"... We've had to seek out another tax attorney to clean up this mess. Really hurtful that after all the time we've been working with this firm, on multiple items, including immigration, we get treated this way. We were trying to get help to clean up something that just wasn't done & was supposed to have been 2 yrs ago! We're just shocked. We trusted our attorney. And we were apparently wrong for doing so.
