Back in February of this year we had an accident where someone past a red light and hit us. Thank God nothing serious happened to either party. Let me begin by saying I had never been involved in any kind of accident like this before, so I had no idea how the whole ordeal was supposed to be resolved. My two young daughters and I were hit by someone that decided the red light didn't apply to them. This happened right in the middle of a military retirement and move across the country. It was a nightmare! When we were finally able to pass our case off to Glasheen, Valles & Inderman for resolution, I had complete confidence in their expertise, and that resulted in a huge sense of relief for me, as far as the legal process goes. We had read on a review just like this one that Miss Mary Ellen would answer emails even after hours, and we found this to be completely true. Clearly she goes far above and beyond what would be considered reasonable service! Not only was our case handled professionally and with a good outcome, it was resolved faster than I thought it would be. Furthermore, these wonderful people considered my personal circumstances, which are more difficult than I thought possible, and they truly helped me in a personal way far above what they had to.
