I was in a horrible MVA. I was hit from behind by a Jeep traveling 50 plus MPH and my truck was totalled. I was scared and hurt and confused with a concussion but Victor was very patient and understanding and explained everything to help me calm down. He got me an appointment with a caring provider who specializes in injury accidents and I started Physical Therapy and starting healing. It was only a few weeks that they were able to get me a check to replace my vehicle and a couple of months after that reached a settlement to pay off all of my medical bills.
