They're on top of everything took case and started everything the same day, I went in to talk to them. This would be my second time to use Glasheen, Valles. Mary Ellen was great to work with also. My experience at this firm was amazing. I was taken so good care of, I was amazed. There is a lady named Mrs. Mary-Ellen who is my claims manager who helped me out during my whole journey. I was involved in a head on collision on October 27th 2018. At first I didn't know, but, when I spoke to this lady she guided me and guided me good.
