My experience at this firm was amazing. I was taken so good care of, I was amazed. There is a lady named Mrs. Mary-Ellen who is my claims manager who helped me out during my whole journey. I was involved in a head on collision on October 27th 2018. At first I didn't know, but, when I spoke to this lady she guided me and guided me good. She is so knowledgeable that, I was stunned to know how reliable she was. I trust this firm and would recommend everyone to choose Mrs. Mary-Ellen to be their claims manager. She advised me that patience was the virtue, and, now I realize it, it really was fruitful. There is also a girl named Sugey who works there and she wonderfully greets you when you get there. Very sweet personality and makes you feel at home. Overall, an amazing experience with this law firm. They handled my case splendidly and I personally thank all the lawyers, claims manager, and advocates who did so well to give me the compensation I deserved.
