does not take calls will not respond to voicemail will not work with clients and does unethical practice do not waste your time on this business they will only cause you to lose money and business and bring you lots of unhappy customers i couldn't get them to respond with 20 phone calls and voicemail then 3 months later called the company that hired them then it was 1 call and refusal to work with me at all and i was fully willing to pay my debt to o well im dealing with the company that hired them now

I don't know how many times I have to call to make my payment and get an answering machine. It's ridiculous!

Very poor website. Making payments is made more difficult since there is not portal for it.

Terrible customer service, I will provide more insight below to what other negative reviews are stating "they give you the run around". I have made several attempts to pay off my debt. The first option they give you is to make an offer which they tell you in 24-48 hours you will get a response. I waited a few days made several attempts to call back which always goes to voicemail. I left several messages and attempted to send emails over the course of a week. One day I decided to keep calling until someone answers at which it seemed to bug the clerk as she answered the phone angrily after about the 10th call. She told me my offer was accepted and they would send a email in 24-48 hours, which never came so I reached out again on the third day. And again had to make several call backs to get a hold of anyone, which I was told to just go to their website and print out the offer agreement and send in (why wasn't I told this the first time!). Now it is going on several days again and the payment has not been processed. Never have I had such an issue making someone take my money.

Just bunch of scammers. Will not work with them again.

No customer service, when you call you get talked down to and they just give you the run around. Horrible service.
