Was victim of car accident, which left me in need of surgery, therapy, etc. Insurance refused to help even stating, "If you think you're getting a real payment from us, you're out of your mind." (and then laughed about it). Celeste had that case handled and settled within about 2 weeks and I had a $50,000 settlement check received within a week or 2 after that. She made the entire process seamless and took all of the stress from my shoulders. Absolutely love her! We refer EVERYONE to her now!!!
