I was hit in a walkway by a car and David helped me through the whole process of getting the health care I needed, the suit of the person who hit me and getting money from the insurance agencies. The process ended up being longer than I thought it would be, but David kept me apprised of what was going on throughout the whole process. I whole heartedly recommend him.

During the whole process David kept me informed, made workable payment arrangements for his services and continued to be on the cutting edge as the case proceeded. His fees were actually several thousand dollars cheaper than other plaintiffs told me they paid their lawyers. His results were absolutely astounding. My claim in the case received one of the highest payouts and I recouped among the highest percentage of my claim of any of the plaintiffs. I recommend Thompson and Kerby to anyone who is needing professional legal help.

Mr Kerby handled a group lawsuit filed by a group of homeowners. The suit involved property infringement in the form of blowing trash. Mr. Kerby was always articulate, well prepared and organized. He gathered information and evidence from the complainants and proceeded with a suit. The suit was resolved in mediation to the satisfaction of all involved. It did not involve a large amount of money, but the results in action were satisfactory. I recommend Mr. Kerby for representation. We were entirely satisfied with his services.

We had a hard time getting the EEOC to recognize our case and release us to file. David stayed in touch with them with letters and phone calls until they reviewed our case.
