This man is a true hero to my family! He helped us get my mother out of a nursing home and back home with her family when we were about to lose hope. He went above and beyond to stand up for her rights and called to check on her afterwards. He was so caring and compassionate and I’m sure he just added years to my mom’s life. We are forever grateful!

Mr. Hogan was more than just a lawyer. He handled our situation with upmost care, compassion & attentiveness. He really cared about us as clients and even followed up with us after it was all resolved for updates on our well being. On top of that he was extremely knowledgeable. I was stressed out about getting my green card. I met Mr. Hogan and he went into great details, explaining to me the pros and cons of the application. Mr. Hogan sat down with me for almost a couple of hours painstakingly going through the application form and answering all my questions. He also explained legal loopholes (I485J) that I could use to work if my company didn't agree to sponsor my visa, but that I had no idea about! He answered all my queries clearly and immediately. He knew what he was doing! I was worried that it would take 2 years to get the green card (that's how long the delay is), but I got it in 5 months!!!! This means that the form was filled out perfectly! I was worried about the medical exam, but he knew who I should go to, what I needed to take with me, and it went smoothly. I hate legal and technical work, and my mind just turns numb. Mr. Hogan made everything appear so easy that I’m glad I just paid him a stipend to take care of it, instead of trying to figure it out all on my own. This is such a major relief!!!! I’m glad it’s over!! Phew!!!

Just got my charges dropped due to Rob Hogans expert knowledge in the laws, past court cases he could recall off the top of his head and hard work that he put into my case. If you need an expert to represent you he is the man I would recommend.

Mr. Hogan did a great job representing my daughter regarding an auto accident. He first suggested that we try reviewing police video and then talking with the city prosecutor to see if we could get her ticket dismissed. I thought we found some good evidence there. Unfortunately, the Lubbock prosecutor loves going to court or something, so they didn't dismiss it. Still, I appreciate that advice from Mr. Hogan as he was trying to save us some money. In court Mr. Hogan was able to get to the real facts of what happened and was able to do so without even calling my daughter as a witness. She was nervous about court, but he was able to use other witness testimony to prove that she wasn't guilty based on what other people said. He was very professional and even answered a few questions via email before we hired him. I highly recommend Mr. Hogan.

Mr. Hogan went above and beyond on my case. He was extremely knowledgable and stayed on top of everything which took a lot of the stress off of me. Mr. Hogan handled my case very professionally and quickly. I believed my case was going to be a long drawn out process but it was resolved quickly due to Mr. Hogan's expertise. My husband and I found ourselves suddenly in the middle of an incredibly confusing family situation. Rob walked me step by step the of handling an estate. Even though this is not his usual area, he was incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient. To make it harder my husband and I lived in another state. Neither of us had ever had to go through any type of legal process of any kind, so we were completely lost.
