As easy as it may seem,it's extremely difficult to put into words how Mrs. Ana Felix, Mrs. Valeri Malone & the Malone Legal Group came through for our family when we needed them most... Here's our story... On Monday November 27th 2023 my son dropped his little brother off at school,on his way back home, another driver in a Chevrolet Tahoe ran a red light,T-boned my 19yr old son in his Ford Mustang nearly tearing it in half... The wreckage from the accident was horrific to say the least... At 19yrs old, he not only suffered from physical injuries & mental stress he also sustained substantial property loss & several weeks of time off of work to recover... (One of the hardest things to do is explain to your kids that you have no clue on how to proceed & move on from such a traumatic experience)... How are we going to pay for the hospital bills,property damage, & time lost off of work? Luckily I didn't have to worry about any of that... Mrs.Ana Felix reached out to me,asked about my son's condition and offered her deepest respects & prayers for all involved, including the other driver... She then explained in detail step by step how the Malone Legal Group could represent my son & help us put this whole unfortunate incident behind us... And they did just that... They not only had all of my sons hospital bills taken care & paid in full, they almost immediately reached a successful settlement for his property & wage loss... But to me the most important thing to us was how Mrs.Felix & Mrs.Molone went above and beyond to schedule him for physical therapy as well as counseling for the initial mental trauma he incurred the following weeks and months after the accident... Thier professionalism, promptness,& patience is second to none.. Mrs.Felix,Mrs.Malone,& the entire Malone Legal Group... Thank you all, Our family will be forever thankful...
