I came to Ms. Nichols with a stressful case and a lot of worry. She was more than happy to help and helped ease my mind a lot. She is very passionate about her work and very knowledgeable in her field. She kept me updated through the entire process and in the end, everything worked out perfectly. I couldn’t have gotten through this without Ms. Nichols and appreciate the opportunity of working with her. I highly recommend her services. You will not be disappointed !

Im huge on reviews and especially for such important matters as this and im so glad i listened to what others also had to say. I hired Mrs. Paula for a difficult custody case. She was very professional, compassionate and always went above and beyond for the benefit of my daughter. She saw around corners that I would've been unprepared for if it wasn't for her amazing knowledge to help guide me in this emotionally draining process. My favorite thing about Paula's services was that she was always there...when I needed advice, vent, for understanding- she was very blunt and straightforward with the process and exactly what to expect. I felt as though I wasn't just a number and that she really cared about my daughter and had a true passion for what she does. If I ever need family law services in the future they're will be no doubt who I'll be using.

I am so thankful that I chose Ms. Paula to handle my case. I was very anxious about selecting an attorney to represent me. The attorney that had previously handled my case, who failed me in every possible way, was later disbarred for misconduct. So, I was very worried that I would end up selecting the wrong attorney again. However, after my initial consultation with Ms. Paula, I knew she was different. Working with Paula was a very thorough process. Initially, I couldn't wrap my ahead around some of the things (as this is my first civil court proceeding), but with the thorough and detailed gathering of information, I understood more in the end. Ms. Pierce-Nichols was as prepared as they come, and made sure there was a counter for any foreseeable outcome. Although at times we didn't agree on certain things, she helped me understand it from a legal standpoint, as well as how and why it would be best to do things a certain way. There are not enough words to describe my experience with Ms Paula. But I will say that she was phenomenal! I know she’s a busy woman, but I really appreciate how she made it seem like I was her only client. She was ALWAYS available when I had any concerns or questions about my case. And I am beyond grateful that we had the money to hire. When speaking with the other counsel, she was very professional even when I felt the other lawyer was speaking too aggressive and demeaning. She stayed professional and firm. I was really impressed with how she handled herself. These kinds of family cases are messy and draining. I really appreciated her honesty about my case and what I should expect. I didn’t get everything I wanted but I know I got more than what I would’ve received if I had another lawyer representing me. Paula is very knowledgeable and very hands on when it comes to representation .She spends the time needed to make sure that you understand your case outcomes and your rights according to the law. Mrs. Nichols deserves 10 stars. I have hired many attorneys over the years, NEVER have I ever been as satisfied with an attorney as I am with Mrs. Nichols. I feel she went above and beyond what any attorney has on a case for me. I hope to never need her again, but I will be keeping her number on speed dial.
