Hi, We hired Jeremy Gordon to assist my finace Donald in obtaining a transfer to a lower custody . Our experience with Jeremy has been like none other attorney we have hired. Jeremy and his staff are curtious, always time sensitive on matters, and professional. He make us feel as our questions and concerns matter to him. I hired Jeremy Gordon to assist me with a "Nunc Pro Tunc". The time that I was being held in Federal custody awaiting my sentencing, part of my "hold" time was not accounted toward my sentencing. Jeremy worked diligently to find a remedy to get the time back that was taken. Upon transferring from two (2) other institution, who did not make an comments about my prior "hold" time. My final institution reviewed my time and suggested that my "hold" time was incorrect, which ultimately changed my release date significantly for the worst! I try to resolve this issues with other lawyers and "jail house" remedies, nothing prevailed. Upon hiring Jeremy Gordon, his office was very professional and punctual in answering my questions via Corrlinks, answering my calls, and speaking with family/friends when working with my issue in a timely manner. Currently, I have won my "Nunc Pro Tunc" to get my days back, that were potentially lost, so that I can be released earlier to my family and friends. Jeremy Gordon is my sisters attorney, she is presently incarcerated in federal prison, we retained him in helping us obtain a Rule 35 that she is being denied currently. Since retaining Mr. Gordon he has made several attempts at contacting her previous attorney and AUSA, without much prevail on their part, he has pushed forward and is planning on filing a motion to compel. I am fully satisfied with all the effort and patience he has had with our case. He has stayed in constant contact and kept me informed about all updates on her case. I could not ask for a better and attentive lawyer. Our case is still a work in process but I can rest assured that Mr. Gordon will do everything in the law to get the time off my sister is due.
