I hired Jeremy Gordon to help with the assistance of a transfer. I was being held in a medium security facility with camp points. This was due to an incorrectly placed greater security management variable. Jeremy helped me fight the management variable. While originally I just wanted to get my security level reduced to low. Instead through a combination of using the administrative remedy process, and Jeremy's tenacious campaign of phone calls and letters, the BOP completely removed my management variable. I have now been moved to a low and will soon go to camp as I step down in security levels. Jeremy is unlike any lawyer I have ever hired before. He not only has extensive knowledge of federal law but also of BOP policy. One of my favorite things about Jeremy is he always took my calls and responded to my emails in a timely manner. This was a problem I have had with a lot of lawyers in the past. I have been more than satisfied with the services he has provided. I already plan to solicit his help with more halfway house time as I get closer to my release date. I have recommended him to several friends and I recommend him to you as well.

Very rude and unprofessional. Hired for case review and 2255. During initial conversation he was very nice and explained everything that he could possibly do and the processes. After receiving payment his attitude changed, he became very rude and unprofessional when notified. On one occasion he hung up in my face and his office manager answered when I called back saying that he was in a meeting when I had just spoken to him on the phone. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!! We hired And paid Mr. Gordon to conduct a review of my brothers case to see if he qualified for a 2250. Mr. Gordon promised results within 30-45 days. This did not happened and over 5 months later we had to contact him only to find out he never conducted the full case review. He never sent us the documentation that was promised. And just told lie after lie. We inquired on getting our money returned since he did not do what he was hired to do. He became very unprofessional and continued to make excuses. This attorney is a solicitor which he is not allowed to do. He solicits persons in jail then takes your money never to produce any results. Please please do not hire him. He has no experience with federal cases whatsoever and will make promises that he can not keep. He is also difficult to reach and will give you the run around and empty promises.

My son is in a very difficult legal situation, with only one hope of having his sentence adjusted. Needing advice, I filled out the online contact form at the Law Office of Jeremy Gordon. Within two hours, Zachary Newland, Senior Litigation Counsel, called to discuss the case. We spoke at length and he advised me to obtain an expert opinion on a relevant toxicology report before deciding whether to hire an attorney. Who does that? As it turned out, the toxicology report was not helpful for my son’s case, but Mr. Newland took the time to read it and give me an honest legal opinion; this was likely a losing case. Not very many attorneys will spend that much time with a person without a retainer or some sort of payment. Even when I offered to pay for Mr. Newland’s time, he declined.

Just like the previous reviews say DO NOT WORK WITH THIS ATTORNEY! He also charged my family 10k and didn’t do crap for us but provide us with a whole lot of false hope. He preys on families that are affected by the criminal justice system and gives them false hope and empty promises. He’s compassionate until you pay, and then is non-responsive after the fact and does bare minimum for his clients. He carelessly and impersonally emailed us that we lost the appeal after years of fighting, didn’t even bother to call and when we emailed him for more assistance he just refused to help and asked for more money and just became non-responsive. He is Deceitful, and just cares about money. Perfect example of flaws in our justice system. It’s so sad that these are the types of people in these positions.

Mr. Gordon gave me a flat rate and even though he went above and beyond our original agreement, he never charged for other advice given after the COVID-19 Pandemic began. He and his staff answered not only my questions but those of my wife as well. I truly believe his guidance played a huge role in my being granted Compassionate Release.

I hired him for my son. I had regular emails with him - right up until he got his money. After he received the money, he was not returning wither mine or my son's emails. I called him each day (Monday thru Friday) 11 days before he called me. He then gave me a "direct number" to himself and 2 others that supposedly we. bring to be woeking on my son's case. Forward 2 months -- we couldn't get in touch with any of them nor the others who were supposedly on the case! Ultimately? We had 3 emails and 3 phone conversations resulting in never receiving any wird! Not cool at all. Very unprofessional.

I consulted with and hired Jeremy Gordon and his firm to help my mother who had been penalized in a mandatory minimum drug case. The family was devastated at her sentencing hearing to learn that even through the judge vocally said she didn't deserve the minimum sentence that she had to give it under the mandatory minimum law. Mom was ordered to serve 108 months in federal prison camp despite never being in trouble before. After contacting Gordon's office and them accepting our case they were highly professional, communicative, caring and worked very hard to help reduce my mothers case. I had contacted another firm prior to connecting with Gordon and that was a complete waste of time. We wish we had contacted them much sooner. Without telling a novel of a story Gordon's office worked diligently with everything they could to reduce my mothers sentence. After what seemed like a lengthy year and a half I received a call from their office, even before my mother had, that Gordon and his office received a letter from her judge. She was up for immediate release 4 years early! I didn't even know how to react. They let me contact my mom and it was an amazing message to be able to tell her she was coming home. She is now living her life and working towards making the most of it. She spent 4 years in prison camp and had a lot of time to think about what she would do when she got out. She just didn't realize it would be 4 years early, and thanks to Jeremy Gordon and his wonderful staff. Thank you all so much for returning calls, emails and consulting us through the process. It was refreshing to be able to work with an attorney and it's office of people who were available and would communicate with us. I can honestly say that even though I hope to never need their firm again I would not hesitate to hire them or recommend them to anyone. Thanks Gordon and your Team! You Rocked it out! My family will never forget what you did for us.

I had a great experience working with Jeremy Gordon and his team. Everyone was friendly and explained things whenever I needed. Jeremy was very honest in explaining what he could do for me. The results were better than expected. My brother is now out of jail because of the hard work and persistence of Jeremy Gordon and his team. I am extremely grateful to them!

when i first called Mr. Gordon he talked me through step by step on what he was doing for my Love, however Mr. Gordon stated he was going to do everything he could to help my Love and he has done just that, however i believe in him and what he stand for anytime i called he always returned my call in a timley fashion.

For the past couple of years, I have been in languishing in some of the worst prison conditions. Mr. Gordon got involved with my situation in September. Mr. Gordon reached out to the attorneys representing the prison, and after some back and forth, a settlement was reached that required the prison system to transfer me to a new prison. Mr. Gordon is a great attorney, and was able to get done what others have tried to do and have failed. I highly recommend him to you.
