Our first consultation was very well explained to us regarding the circumstances in what I was charged for. The diagram drawing of the best to worst situation was a plus in understanding the break down. Mr. Shell was by our side during all trials and never gave up on the best outcome for me. The staff who worked my case was also a big help. Legal assistant, Rocky was very helpful when visiting or calling the office with any questions. I would highly recommend the office and staff!

I recently wrapped up a legal matter in Lampasas..using Shell & Shell's Lampasas office...They were courteous,professional..and
met all my expectations..I had never dealt with the legal system..
can be overwhelming..I had to simply put my faith in my lawyer's
hands..I explained my needs & expectations...& when we concluded
all my expectations were met...The legal process is challenging..don't go in to it without a strong legal team...Mr. Shell,Scott,Michael & Rocky walked me thru the process & provided me the results I needed..

After consulting multiple lawyers to help in my divorce case I finally found Eddie and Rocky at Shell & Shell. They are very knowledgeable and will always tell you straight. They keep me informed of what is happening with the case and always keep it positive. Even when I am constantly calling with millions of questions they help to calm my fears and let me know that even if it’s baby steps we are getting somewhere. They are very caring and understanding. I actually had Austin Shell work on my case. His office staff are professional and organized. Mr. Shell represented me in on a first degree felony criminal charge. I was so scared being told by 5 other attorneys in the area that I was "Going to do some time. The question is how much time." Mr. Shell belived in my truth. Eddie is well schooled on the state laws and clearly communicates the same to his clients. Eddie and his legal assistant Julie genuinely care about their clients on a personal level and will address all of your questions and concerns about the case at hand.
