YOUR main voice in the courtroom will be whomever you secure as your attorney. It's of great benefit for you to have someone experienced in the area of law you need them to be, knowledgeable of the letter of the law and who is in the Judge's good graces or at the very least, not on their bad side. As things were about to fall apart in my World a friend said to me, "You need a real pit bull in court" and... "SHAIN CHAPMAN is who you want". I met with Shain. He was pleasant. He answered all of my questions and we worked on my case over a period of several months. He showed up to court "on time" (and was favored amongst others who had secured him as well), he was prepared and on point. There were times he was difficult to reach but, ultimately, I would utilize him again in a Heart-beat! Very knowledgeable, very experienced and very fair. I believe my situation would look entirely different had I not used him and I am very grateful for how things worked out given the circumstance. I have since heard from others that he is very good, and I certainly agree. I hope I don't ever go through that again but, if it were to happen, he would be my first call.

My husband and I were victims; our nature is non-aggressive which makes us good victims for a bully. Before we met Mr Chapman, we had been abused for years. As it worsened, a long distance friend, who is an attorney, recommended Shain Chapman to us. Shain Chapman welcomed us, cared about us, protected and advised us, and represented our cause in court. Shain Chapman researched each legal issue and provided evidence-based council which was supported by previous cases and laws; this is important because the judge is going to require exactly those legal preceding cases and/those laws be presented and supported with affidavits, witnesses in testimony, or expert witnesses. Shain Chapman had all our ducks lined up, in a row. Many hours of careful thought and preparation meant Mr. Chapman brought to the courtroom the highest of integrity. Shain Chapman is professional, ethical, intelligent, articulate, and additionally in court he thinks on his feet. In the courtroom, Shain Chapman brought truth and facts, so there was no need for drama; no smoke and mirrors, nothing unethical like lying or pretense were needed because Mr Chapman presented our case in an honest, well-developed format, offering explanation of facts, supported by law and witnesses. Lastly, let me just tell you, Mr. Chapman is kind. In our terrible journey there were times when I could not help but cry about my/our victimization. Aas we spoke to our attorney, Mr. Chapman's response was to care, and by so doing, he divided our burden and carried it along side of us. I'm a dentist so I had no legal savvy about land laws, bullies, or such, but I do know how grateful I was in the courtroom for the professional, intelligent, honest, representation by Shain Chapman.
