Do not use her to be an amicus attorney. As a kid she didn't protect my best interests at all. I had to stand up for myself and self advocate. She reccomend terrible things to the court that was supposedly in my best interests.

I have recommended her in the past and everybody feels the same way. Diana successfully represented me in a modification to a territorial restriction placed in my divorce decree. She kept the kids out of the trial (something my ex wife did not do) and kept everything in the benefit of the kids. 2 people divorced should not negatively impact the kids. Diana kept that as a forefront in our trial and we won so handily, we basically didn't even have to present our case. She was that good at tearing apart my ex wife's opinion that there was nothing left for her to argue. This was 9 years ago and my kids were 7 and 5. They're now 16 and 14 and are just super stable kids. I was concerned that we would go back to court again and I really do believe Diana stated our side so well, I do not see how any attorney would take her case. Diana's the best!!!
