Need to watch your paperwork. They were quick to get me to sign the paperwork. Then they took their time to get it done so they could get 40% instead of 10%. I called to find out what was going on , they told me that the insurance company did not have a phone so they had to email. When Johana sends you paperwork make sure you copy it before you send it back to her.She will not answer the phone after she gets the paperwork then you have to talk to all this new people that don’t know anything about you case.
