My experience has been that they never return calls and barely answer the phone. I guess if you need any questions answered, you’d have to go in person. My parents waited over 6 months just to find out their sponsor wasn’t accepted. And the only reason they found out was because they had to set up an appt. Why? Because they never answer the phone nor return calls. So, unfortunately the process has taken years and I’m assuming years to come. Thinking about calling the Barr….

Hable para hacer una cita solo para realizar una consulta que no tarda menos de 20 minutos. Primero me dijeron que no hay citas hasta 1 mes. Les dije que solo requeria asesoría muy sencilla, que si podia presentarme en la oficina, que no tenia problema en esperarme el tiempo que fuera necesario, y me dijeron que NO de manera muy seca. Si esa es la filosofía de esta firma, pues entonces soy afortunado al no haberlos contratado.
