I want to appreciate The Law Office of Francisco Tinoco and in particular Attorney Tinoco for helping me with my immigration process; indeed it was an awesome experience. They were professional throughout the process and I highly recommend them. In February 2019, my wife (who at then was a Green card holder) and I contacted The Law Office of Francisco Tinoco and we set up an appointment with Attorney Tinoco. He reviewed our case, explained how the whole process will go and then accepted to take up the case. Before we made contact with The Law Office of Francisco Tinoco, we had been to several law offices (more than 5) in the Valley but after we met Attorney Tinoco, he stood out among all the attorneys we had met (his knowledge of Immigration was exceptional). We filed form I-130 alone in September 2019 (since my wife was a Green card holder) and by January 2021, it was approved. My wife became US citizen in August 2021 and we filed form I-485 by September 2021. We were scheduled for interview in February 2022. Attorney Tinoco prepared us for the interview few days prior to the interview at the immigration office. On the day of the interview, Attorney Tinoco was already waiting for us at the immigration office (we were surprised because we thought we will be the one waiting for him; we got there an hour before the time of the interview). The interview was successful and my case was approved at the interview. I received my 10years Green card exactly 10days after the interview (as speculated by Attorney Tinoco). I highly recommend The Law Office of Francisco Tinoco and in particular Attorney Tinoco.
