Amazing experience great customer service

Calling Ryan's office and just obtaining information on what they do and asking if they could help me was the best call I made in the days following my accident. This accident totaled my car, forever damaged my hand/ arm, took me away from my job, just everything you can think of from just a small trip to get lunch during my lunch hour. Ryan and Ivonne took care of me from that day forward. Even on the days I had a breakdown because I didn't know how to handle my injury(pain) nor the bills rolling in, nor the fact that I no longer had a vehicle. Poor Ivonne got to hear some of my breakdown, but she treated me like family and guided me out of the craziness I was feeling lol. Ryan met with me and was always just a phone call away if needed. Very informative and answered any question I had as well as Ivonne. She answered every other random thing that I asked. No one wants to be involved in an accident. When you are in an accident, it's difficult to remember what exactly you are supposed to do. However, if you read your insurance card, it gives you steps to take. Also, if you have any kind of social media, you would see how Ryan's office tries their best to educate you on what you should do. Take time to visit their pages. You never know when you might need it. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that I would use an attorney, but Ryan and his team are officially in my contacts forever and will recommend his office to anyone.
