I highly recommend hiring him as your immigration attorney. He had my husband released from immigration detention with a super low bond. During removal proceedings my husband accepted voluntary departure ...attorney Martinez marked that as our best option. We took the route to depart the US to have his interview in Juarez in less than 1 week he was back with his Resident Card. The whole team did an amazing job working together to make this happen. Helping us get our paper work together that was needed at the appointment in Juarez. The team followed up with us meanwhile the stay in Mexico. I love how they show they care. I will hire him within 3 years again for my husbands citizenship process. (Our court appointments he was the only attorney to speak loud and stand firm and confident, with high knowledge as to what he was talking about and what route to take during court proceedings. I felt very comfortable during my courts because I knew Alex Martinez had control) Alex Martinez went above and beyond our expectations. Personally helping his team as well with the case. I will forever be thankful.

Mr. Martinez has helped me in various times. A year ago I was detained at Port Isabel Detention Center and was released on bond, not only he got me out but I am days away from my interview to become a Legal Permanent Resident. Almost two months ago both of my parents were detained, he was able to get them a bond and are now reunited with me. I not only trust him but highly recommend him 100%.

I hired this lawyer in 2014 to assist me in a NIW case. After a long time of stress and anxiety, he finally submitted my case in 2018. I didn’t know what he did or how he filed my case. I didn’t have the right of seeing my file before submission. Furthermore, I asked him so many times to return my file and he ignored my petitions. As expected, I got a request for additional evidence, including translation of foreign documents, which he also ignored. Because of my insistence, I could talk to him or receive some information in a few times during the almost four years of relationship. He never contacted me voluntarily, it only happened after many attempts from my side. In sum, hiring this lawyer was a nightmare, a waste of time and money, the worst decision of my long life. Neither he nor his staff cared about my case.

Me encantaria comentar acerca de el servicio que recibi con el abogado Alex Martinez ya que desde el servicio que rcibes llegando el staff te explica te va guiando durante todo el proceso y una de as cualidades que tiene el abogado Alex Martinez es que te da esa seguridad para tomar el examen de manera confiable natural o al menos te hace sentir confiado en que si se puede ademas me explico varias veces lo que tenia que hacer al momento del examen y mas que nada que me ayudo y guio en como llenar la solicitud correctamente, ya que me paso con otro abogado que casi me hacia perder mi cuidadania.
