Mr. Ochoa needs to speak with his staff and let them know speaking in a demeaning way to his customers is not right. Mr. Ochoa is a great person, but the lady I have been communicating with is rude and talked to me like she did not care about my needs. I can hear it in her voice and that is not nice at all. She makes me regret turning down another law firm to come to this one.. That lady needs more training on how to address the firm's clients.. such a shame... I hope she gets the training she needs . We all come to Mr. Ochoa for help and do not deserve to be treated in such way

Would not recommend. These people have major communication issues, multiple numbers texting you with no introduction to the number just demanding private information. I confirmed with them by texting the other number and they told me it was them...they also seem to totally miscommunicate most of their job as well. After speaking a couple times and explaining my situation these people had completely messed up the entire situation... after getting them back on track they tell me they are going to find some information so we can move forward...they call me back a week later asking if I had found the information tht they thought i was gunna find the infomation.....a law firm should have a lot more capabilties to finding infomation they need for a case and not rely on me to do so. They also spam you with signing a contract. Overall I don't understand the rating of a 4 star tht they have as this law firm does not even have basic information and clear communication, or they are just not willing to put in effort...
