I needed legal assistance in order to get custody of my special needs nephew. After contacting Sharon Almaguer, she immediately started working on my case. It seemed to me that it was taking A LONG time to take care of the issue, but Sharon knew what she was doing. She knew what the law required, and I certainly did not. When we finally went to court to appear in front of the judge, Sharon had every single detail covered so well that the judge approved my petition in a matter of minutes without even asking me or my nephew any questions. I was very impressed with the work Sharon had done on my behalf.

My mother had a home in Mission, Texas and moved to Iowa to be close to the rest of the family after my step-father passed. They didn't have a will. My step-father had five children and one passed a few months after he did. That son two grown daughters and a minor child. This became very complicated. Sharon very professionally helped us work through all the legal with all the affidavit of heirships and trust for the minor child. She worked with the deed company on the closing documents.
