I had a very limited access to money when I was looking for a lawyer on very serious criminal charges. I was referred to Atty Moreno because he was willing to take my case for a price I could afford. He was a God send and immediately went to work advising me and working with the prosecution team, and judge , in order to reduce and eliminate my bond. Rudy provided legal services for me on several occasions which resulted into positive outcomes. His ability to communicate and respond to client needs was effective. He is detail oriented, patient and has an attention to quality which I find extremely valuable. I also recognize he has a great support network to leverage. I am pleased with his work and find his services to be a good value.

He was intelligible, intuitive an hardworking. In the end, he got the job done. I was facing a couple charges and he knew exactly what to do. He got me off and my record is clear. He truly came through for me.

I've been working with Rudy for about a year now and he has been nothing but diligent and professional. The majority of the cases he handles for us are landlord/tenant related and he has proven time and again to be knowledgable, assertive, and aggressive in getting the issues resolved in our favor. My only regret is that I did not find Rudy and start working with him earlier.

We have used Rudy Moreno as our attorney for our property management company for a few years and while we have a few attorneys that we use across the state of CT, he is by far my favorite! He is always available to answer questions and help advise about which path to go down when dealing with our tenants.
He is very knowledgeable and happy to direct us to someone else if he can't help with a situation.
