Lon helped me in so many ways, he helped do what they said couldn’t be done, he helped me get full custody of my daughter!! I recommend Lon to anyone needing help in Collin county!!

He only wants your money Ask me to meet up with him and he was drunk Never answer calls went to go see my husband one time after we gave him the money he never answer the phone Don’t even have a secretary He call me another ocasión to ask for money before he was leaving on vacation to San Antonio

This man is different in every way when it comes to defending and taking care of his client. I was scared from beginning to end and he ALWAYS reassured me everytime that he knows his job and I'm good. And he did bcuz he took good care of my situation and I'm very thankful. Wish i could give ZERO STARS I am VERY displeased with Lon Garner's services. Called him to find out why there was still a no bond hold on my family member and his response was oh wow I thought he was already out.........SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL

Out of 2 years of working with Lon, he have not gotten anything done! Always have an excuse for not keeping his word and always an excuse for not getting any positive results! You are wasting your money and time when dealing with this unprofessional attorney!

Paid him close to $10k and he couldn't show up to court 5 times. He kept sending an assistant or didn't show up at all. I take it that he might've had other courts to attend, but in that case, he should not have taken on another case that was out of his area. We requested the refund several times via texts and email, he never would respond. He was fired and we hired another attorney that made us feel hopeful. The only times I was able to speak to Lon, was when giving the card payment over the phone, cash in hand and once more when he was upset about being fired. I recommend that he not take on too many cases at once if not able to be successfully communicated with all. Over 2 years have passed and still no sign of refund!

Communication with his clients and his general professionalism needs to be improved on his behalf, especially when dealing with a sensitive criminal case. There was a lack of concern in how he handled our case and a lack of follow up updates. A lawyer that has been retained should by all means at least be able to give regular updates on a case.

Mr.Garner called me and spent the time with me advising on my cases and what I needed to do and not do! He was genuinely concerned and what was in my best interest. I haven't hired him as of yet, but definitely considering him.
