Mr. Fratter took my boyfriend's case after a less than stellar experience with another lawyer. He was calm, knowledgable, patient, and Went Up to Bat like a Pro. With his good advice and sensible instruction, we were able to get the charges dropped. The case was an old felony from the 1990's that resulted in deferred adjudication that was rescinded. My boyfriend was looking at 4 years and he walked away. I assure you, the D.A.'s office was more than willing to prosecute to the fullest, but Marc hung in there and kept chipping away. No lawyer is a miracle worker, but take it from someone who has seen him at work: He is Intelligent, Confident, and Works Hard for You. We are grateful he came into our lives; now we can finally move on.

Marc did an excellent job representing my son, age 17. He was highly responsive to all our messages and didn't mind speaking to us at length upon what was going on. Many attorney's won't return calls themselves, while we found Marc actually answers his own phone. I would highly recomend him to my closest friend or anyone for that matter. He seemed honest and down to earth, never speaking in such a manner that a lay person would not understand. He didn't mind answering questions or trying to give us confindence in our particular situation. Our court date was successful and i know my son wouldn't have faired so well without his attention and dedication. He's a good, fair man, who will do his best to assure you recieve justice.
