we gave Miss Warmington $2000 to retain her. She sat on our case for 10 1/2 months without doing a thing. Six weeks prior to the statute of limitations running out she finally found an expert witness for us after many, many repeated requests from both my wife and I. This expert witness was false in every single thing he stated in his review to protect his colleague from being sued and we are able to prove that. We wanted to find another honest expert witness, however the statute had run out and we were unable to do so. We have all the emails from both my wife and her during that 10 1/2 months pleading with her to find an expert witness for us and she did not even respond to our emails. We should have dismissed or after that I know, but we trusted her and did not think the outcome would be like this because we had such a strong case. I would steer clear of miss Warmington if I were you. As I said we have all the emails to prove this and there is much, much more to the story, however we will just leave it like this.

Ms. Wormington met with our family and looked over most of our medical records on the first meeting (meaning, that she is very quick with her knowledge of medicine) and told us then that she would take the case--and it was a case that at least five other law firms had turned down as not being very winnable. She was very polite and personable. She has a calm and confident demeanor which was very encouraging to work with. Ms. Wormington was able to settle out of court so the process was expedient (we only had to meet at her office one time after our initial meeting for our depositions to be recorded and that was all there was to it). She negotiated with Medicare to lower our family's payment to them. If it were not for her professionalism, our family would not have received a settlement as our two year deadline was upon us and no one else to take the case--she was successful in getting our deadline extended

She handle a case for me not only was she good, honesty and caring so was her staff! Would highly recommend her.
