I consulted with Mr. Patel in late 2014 or early 2015 for an issue about my house and about antoher person claiming ownership of it. I made the mistake of not hiring him. At the time, he was newly licensed and I didn't think he had the experience to handle my case. During our consult, he told me that my case wasn't simple and that there would likely need to be several additional parties and lawsuits filed. My attorney at the time and othe attorneys I consulted at the time hadn't mentioned anything of the sort and so I thought he must've been mistaken and chalked it up to his inexpierience in part. I kick myself for this. Two years after consulting with and not hiring Mr. Patel, my case was STILL UNRESOLVED. Every single thing he had said would be an issue was an issue and my attorney at the time, the attorney I hired after firing my first, and none of the other attorneys I consulted with so much as even mentioned or noticed the same issues he did! Because of this, I thought he obviously had to be the one that was wrong. After all, how could so many more "experienced" attorenys miss such OBVIOUS issues!? Well, they did! Each dropped the ball and I was the one who suffered! Because I didn't hire Mr. Patel and because the attorneys I ended up hiring and consulting with were idiots, I basically had to shell out over $100K in legal fees alone! I ultimately hired him and he cleaned up the mess my attorneys had made. I only wish I had hired him during my consult a few years ago because then I wouldn't have had to waste the $100K+ on my other attorneys! In retrospect, his insight was amazing and spot on. During representation, he picked up on the main issues that needed to be overcome and took them on. Thanks to Mr. Patel's counsel, I can FINALLY say that my case is resolved and done with!

Over the past few decades, I've had the displeasure of having to go to attorneys every now and then. Whether it was for a divorce, contract disagreement, or forming a business, each time, it seemed like none of the lawyers were focused on the most logical or practical solution, but were focused on winning and tallying up their billable hours. I've had Naval handle three cases now. Each time, he's been very direct and to the point. It hasn't been about how many hours he was able to bill me for any case, but about the best ways to get me from point A to point B. I did have some reservations due to him still being relatively young and new to the practice of law compared to some of the attorneys that he was facing, but he proved to be more than able to hold his ground.

Naval was contacted for a contract Demand review, since the demand date expired. I had already done some due diligence but really just needed confirmation of what the next steps would be. He was extremely helpful in laying out my course of action which is exactly what I needed.

Naval didn't look at just the surface of my case, but was surprised when he went and jumped through hoops - actually doing the legwork himself to find other issues that would have hurt my case. Instead, we used this knowledge to gain a definite strategic advantage and come out in a far better position than I expected. After firing my last lawyer and having been through a few beforehand, it was refreshing to have one that wasn't afraid of a challenge. Not only that, but he thought outside the box, and saw my case from my perspective. Best investment I've made in a long time.
