Mark helped my husband and I set up a trust for our estate. He was so helpful and walked us through the steps explaining everything he had done and what steps we needed to take. Two years later we needed some advice on another trust we were dealing with (which he had nothing to do with) and Matt was kind enough to discuss and give us advise and answer every question we had. He is very knowledgeable but also compassionate and patient and I would recommend him to anyone looking for any estate planning.

All I can say is wow! Mark Auten was very helpful and a great listener. He had all the answers to all my questions. The staff was very friendly and kind. They were very quick and efficient throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how he handled the whole process. I highly recommend Mark Auten if you need help with wills and other documents.

Excellent staff and customer service. Every detail was executed with absolutely no worries. They even arranged for the Notary to come to my home. Most pleasant buying experience I've had in my life and being a senior that's saying a lot and very comforting, as well. At Willingham Title LLC. They treat you like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my title services!!!!

We engaged attorney, Mark Auten, to answer delicate questions regarding possible improprieties involving a family trust. Mark was a great listener, and immediately grasped the situation. He provided honest and thorough feedback, along with suggestions for a strategy that would be non-inflammatory to family relations, but would answer questions and hopefully bring fair and equitable results without engaging legal intervention.
