Mr.Starr Did great job on case and he helped me a lot during it all

Very happy with Joe Luce’ and his team. Especially Kristin and Sandy. It couldn’t have gone better or more smooth. They kept me in the loop every step. The insurance companies know all the tricks a what they can get away with. So when you have some one like Joe on your side he won’t allow them to give you the run around or to not do what’s right or correct. Thank god for Joe ,Kristin and Sandy.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: I needed a lawyer when the seller of the home I was buying breached our contract. This happened three days before Christmas so I was having a hard time getting a lawyer. I had sent out dozens of inquiry emails, but people either didn’t respond or weren’t taking clients until the new year. However, Brian, even during the holidays, promptly answered my email and I was able to retain him for my issue. He’s incredibly responsive through email and was able to help me resolve my problem quickly. If you need someone who is transparent about the process and communicates well, I recommend you go with Brian.

Attorney Anderson is great when he makes you a priority, but he tends to lack in consistency in communicating with his clients. Further, Anderson does not always commit to advertised response times (either by phone or email) and has completely failed to communicate with me in satisfying the needs of a case I hired him on regarding a high stakes' insurance claim. In short, I had to hire another attorney to finish my case while Anderson still received compensation from my legal insurance for sending one demand letter of which he never followed up on with client (me), as requested (more than a month ago) prior to this review. I'd be curious to see if he tries to make things right in the end, but I am not optimistic on that in the slightest.
