I recently settled a case that mccraw law represented me in and I can say for sure that my experience with this law company has been less than ideal. Over the last 3 years I have experienced many things that would cause great concern especially when i expect lawyers to be organized and well prepared. Over these three years I have had misinformation communicated to me, I've been ignored for long periods of time, I had to threaten to leave in order to get a responce and all important information that was communicated was only due to me reaching out first. So if you are the type of person who likes to be updated and likes to be well communicated with this is not the law group for you. The only time I truly felt well communicated with was when I was communicating with the lawyer directly but after his part was done and I had to communicate with the office the same behavior resumed that I was experiencing before.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and kindness I received when calling the office. Abby was able to answer all my questions and was very informative. I will be referring this company to my co-workers.

Abby is the best! I’m a hard person to pin down and Abby managed to get everything done regardless of MY inability to respond in an appropriate and timely manner. It’s great to have a person like Abby to help get things done. Great job Abby!

My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about the McCraw Law Group. My husband was injured in a car accident over two years ago and the staff at McCraw was there for us every step of the way. From Charlie to Vanessa and the entire staff, they were always available to answer our questions and provide support. Their professionalism and curtesy is outstanding. They never made us feel like just another case. We would not hesitate to refer any of our friends and family to McCraw.
