Jocelyn was very helpful with communicating with me as they were handling my case. This is the first time I've gone through any legal processes and they explained exactly how the settlement was broken down and what I was doing on my part of the process. I was also very impressed with her performance on the legality part, they were able to adjust the expenses nearly half of what was going to be processed and it helped extremely with the settlement payout. I'm very pleased with the care and outcome I was able to receive on Jocelyns and Juans behalf.
