Mr. Sera was court appointed to represent my daughter almost two years ago. From day one he was always very professional, straight forward and always provided every option and took the time to answer questions. My daughter wasn't the easiest to deal with however, he was extremely patient and very compassionate. He never gave up on her and was able to get her a great plea deal. Unfortunately, she once again needed another court appointed attorney and thank "GOD" he was appointed to represent her on the new matter. He has always gone above and beyond with keeping in contact with me every step of the way to let me know every option for her. He treated my daughter and myself with the utmost respect and always answered my calls, emails and text messages right away. There were times that I would text a question to clarify or confirm something and he would call me immediately to make sure I completely understood everything. Recently my daughter was in another county and had an issue and was appointed someone from that county. Talk about night and day with attorneys. Best Attorney in the world. After my brother having multiple felonies and misdemeanors, Gene was able to get him the best plea deals and got him the most minimum sentence We couldn’t even believe. Gene was Awesome When My mom was caught with my medications in her car I felt so horrible that she would get in trouble for them he got it dismissed and thrown out took several times and he stuck to it and kept his word and he got it done thank you Mr. Gene and I am very thankful that my mother is not in trouble for something that was mine. My mother’s health is not all that great and this really took a toll on her but in the end it all worked out and it was all because he was awesome attorney and stuck to his word and he did everything he could in his power.
